The Beacon Pendant

A visit to the coastal town of Baltimore in West Cork is not complete without a climb to the iconic Beacon that has marked the entrance to Baltimore Harbour since the late 1700s.

Now you can have a memento of this beautiful area and help a good cause at the same time.

Skibbereen based accessory shop ‘Wish’ has commissioned a limited-edition Beacon pendant from local goldsmith Aoife O'Mahony. The silver and 9ct gold pendant will cost €75 and 10% of proceeds will be donated to the RNLI Baltimore Lifeboat, one of the busiest lifeboat stations in the country.

Only 75 of these beautiful pendants will be produced and sold exclusively at Wish, 37 North Street, Skibbereen or by mail order by calling   028 40321.(p&p €2.50)
